The undersigned parties hereby agree that the term of this engagement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue in full force until the matters described in Schedule A have been concluded, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 7.
Counsel shall render services with reasonable diligence and shall keep the Client reasonably informed of significant developments. Fees and disbursements shall be invoiced monthly and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice; provided, however, that the obligations set forth in Sections 9 (Confidentiality) and 11 (Indemnity) shall survive.
Team management
