Pricing questions

Yes. Every paid plan (Starter, Professional, Practice) includes a 30-day free trial with full access. We collect a card at signup but don't charge until day 31. Pay-as-You-Go is free to start with no card required.
Pay-as-You-Go is metered: $0.15/page after 10 free pages, $1.50/e-sign envelope after 3 free per month. It's send-only with no dedicated fax number. Paid plans (Starter+) include a dedicated number, page bundles at lower per-page cost, and inbound fax to your dashboard.
A page is one printed side of paper transmitted via fax. A typical letter-sized PDF page counts as one page. We count the actual T.38 protocol pages transmitted, not the file size.
Your service continues. Overage pages are billed at your tier's rate ($0.10/page on Starter, $0.08 on Professional, $0.06 on Practice). The dashboard shows current usage so there are no surprises.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep paid features until renewal.
Annual billing is available on Professional and Practice tiers with a 15% discount (12 months for the price of ~10.2). Contact [email protected] to switch.
No. The price you see is what you pay. Number porting is free. There are no setup fees, no per-document fees, and no charges for inbound faxes.
